Ni(II), Pd(II), and Cu(II) complexes of N-confused porphyrin (NCP) exhibit anion binding properties through a hydrogen bonding interaction at the peripheral NH of confused pyrrole ring. The binding constants of the tetrakis(pentafluorophenyl)-NCP metal complexes (1-M, M= Ni, Pd, Cu) for various halide anions in CH2C12 increase in the order of F? > Cl? > Br? > I?, respectively. Zwitterionic resonance form of the NCP complexes as well as interactions between halide anions and a pentafluorophenyl group are suggested to be important for efficient anion binding.  相似文献

The bienzyme system consisting of glucose oxidase and gluconolactonase was investigated using a conventional diffusion-kinetics model for an enzyme-modified field-effect transistor (FET) to clarify the effect of gluconolactonase coimmobilization in a glucose oxidase membrane on the steady-state response amplitude of a glucose sensor based on a FET. The model includes spontaneous and enzymatic hydrolysis reactions of d-glucono-δ-lactone and it elucidated the following experimental results: a glucose sensor with a membrane (about 1 μm in thickness) coimmobilizing these enzymes showed a sufficient response amplitude, whereas without coimmobilization of gluconolactonase no detectable response was observed up to 3 mM glucose; and the response amplitude depended strongly on the amount of lactonase in the membrane. The model also predicted an optimum enzyme ratio for coimmobilization in a membrane.  相似文献

129I Mössbauer measurements have been performed on unidirectionally stretched iodinedoped polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) films which are widely used as optical polarizers. In the films iodine is observed to be in the form of I?, I 3 ? , and I 5 ? and the stretch of the films increases the abundance of the polyiodides, I 3 ? and I 5 ? . In the stretched PVA films, it has become clear that the linear polyiodides lie parallel to the stretching direction.  相似文献

A nonconjugated conducting polymer (1,4-rans-polyisoprene) at different iodine doping levels has been studied with the 27.7-keV Mössbauer resonance of129I. At the light doping level, almost all iodines are covalently bonding to the carbon atoms, breaking the double bonds of the main chain. At the medium doping level, other iodine species are found, which are idendified as anion species, l?, l 3 ? and l 3 ? .At the heavy doping level, polyiodide anions, l 3 ? and l 5 ? , increase as compared to the covalently bonding iodine atoms and addtionally molecular iodine l2 exists.  相似文献

A rapid and sensitive high-performance liquid chromatographic method has been developed for the quantitative analysis of methylguanidine and guanidine in physiological fluids. These quanidino compounds are separated on a 6 x 0.23 cm cation-exchange column with 0.5 M sodium hydroxide solution. The guanidino compounds are detected with a fluorometer, which monitors the fluorescent guanidine derivatives produced by the reaction of the eluted constituents with 9,10-phenanthrenequinone. Sensitivity to sub-nanomole levels of methylguanidine and guanidine is demonstrated. The method was successfully applied to physiological fluids such as serum and cerebrospinal fluid from uremic patients.  相似文献

[Reaction: see text]. The synthesis of neuropeptide Y antagonist 1, currently under clinical investigation for the treatment of obesity, is described. The convergent synthesis from trans-spirolactone carboxylic acid intermediate 2a and aminopyrazole 3 is predicated on a stereoselective route to the former. The coupling reaction of ethyl 4-oxocyclohexanecarboxylate (10a) with lithiated isonicotinamide 11 was investigated in detail, but even optimized conditions only provided a 45:55 ratio of trans:cis isomers (12a:12b). While selective crystallization schemes were developed to isolate the thermodynamically less stable trans isomer 2a, improved stereocontrol was subsequentially achieved by the application of ketene chemistry. The ketene formation and quench was investigated under a variety of conditions aimed at maximizing the trans:cis ratio. Reacting a mixture of carboxylic acids 2a and 2b with POCl3 in THF, followed by concomitant addition of tert-butyl alcohol in the presence of TMEDA at 35 degrees C provided a 4:1 ratio of trans:cis tert-butyl esters (18a:18b) via in situ ketene formation. Ester hydrolysis, followed by selective crystallization of undesired 2b as the HCl salt, led to isolation of 2a in 47% overall yield. Aminopyrazole intermediate 3 was synthesized via the condensation reaction of 2-fluorophenylhydrazine hydrochloride (4a) with acrylonitrile derivative 5 in 65-70% yield. Coupling of advanced intermediates 2a and 3b via activation with thionyl chloride gave a 92% yield of 1.  相似文献
